Psychological Safety in the Workplace Level 1 held Wednesday October 16, 2024, from 10:30a-11:30a

This series consists of two one-hour modules on the topic of psychological safety.

Creating a psychologically safe team climate (environment) is imperative for today’s leader. It calls for ongoing effort and commitment. That investment can yield high “returns” – including an environment where team members feel valued and empowered to bring their whole unique selves to work, their ingenuity, initiative, ideas and contribute to their potential.

Level 1 Description

This model focuses on the “what” – that is, framing (defining) psychological safety- with building trust sharing the spotlight.

Understand what psychological safety means within the context of building a positive, productive team climate (environment).
